The tomato picture below really made my mouth water, but this does nothing for me! I'm anxiously awaiting a correct answer!
That looks like a kohlrabi. You can cook them just like turnips. The round part grows above ground with stems coming up out of it. Did Alison grow it?
No I didn't grow those things. They're too wierd for me.
