Alva was my dad's father's brother. He was raised and lived his life where Grace lives now. He died at the age of 75, June 8, 1970 beside his tractor in the field.
He told me how to catch a rabbit.....put salt on his tail.

I never liked to visit at their house. And then I ended up spending 30 years living there.
Aunt Winne passed away Oct 9, 1982. She and Uncle Ave had brought a house in town and moved there before he passed away. She was living in the nursing home at the end of her life. She always wore rouge & powder, and her house was always spotless. They were both very good people.

Did Aunt Winnie live longer than Alva? Did she move into town?
